We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our Project Finance and Commercial team. In this role, you will partner with the team to provide financial and analytical support, enhancing decision-making to maximize outcomes for the business.

This is a full-time permanent role based out of our Collins Street office. You will lead the financial reporting management of various projects across our Franchise Portfolios and support the business with strategic decision-making.

  • You will be responsible for leading the month-end process and preparing financial reviews to ensure a high level of accuracy.
  • You will serve as the key contact for our central finance teams regarding budgets, forecasts, and audit inquiries.
  • You will develop and maintain commercial and financial dashboards, showcasing a strong understanding of systems for reporting purposes.
  • You will provide advice and support to our Project Services Manager Delivery and Project Controls Lead – Franchise Projects, enabling them to understand, monitor, analyze, and report on financial and physical performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • CPA/CA or equivalent status.
  • Significant experience in financial management, financial reporting systems, management information systems.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders across a multi-disciplinary business.
  • High proficiency in reporting across Excel and PowerBI, ensuring accurate data presentation.
  • The capacity to cope with competing demands and a significant volume of work.
  • The ability to extract, analyze, and present statistical data clearly and concisely.
