About the Role

Eldercare is a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in South Australia, seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants.

We are committed to delivering person-centered care and quality of life for our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide genuine person-centered care and contribute to the quality of life of our residents
  • Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and general mobility
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver excellence in customer service
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
  • A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
  • The ability to work individually and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
