Expert Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled employment law expert to partner with in-house teams and provide sustainable, practical legal support in employment and industrial relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic employment law advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to manage employment law issues and develop solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.
- Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to promote positive working relationships and minimize conflict.
- Provide expert advice on WHS/OHS matters and represent the organization in Fair Work Commission proceedings.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance programs and support the resolution of workplace disputes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years PQE in employment law; ideally trained with a well-regarded firm and with in-house experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, including commercial, proactive, and flexible approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
