Workplace Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our national Workplace Relations practice, you will have the autonomy to handle complex matters and provide expert guidance on employment law, industrial relations, and OH&S.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong experience in employment law and workplace relations;
  • Excellent drafting skills and ability to communicate complex advice clearly;
  • A well-developed commercial mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving;

You will work closely with our Partners to ensure that clients receive timely and informed advice on employment agreements, contracts, discrimination, harassment, and employee entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and contracts;

  • Leading client workshops on general OH&S matters;
  • Handling employment-related disputes and post-employment restraints;
