We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to lead our Community Development projects in Perth, Australia. Reporting to the Civil Team Lead, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounding areas.


This role is suitable for a senior Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for councils, local government, main roads, or developers.


Our approach to community development consulting covers master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to the places we work, live, and thrive.


  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs

About You:
  • Demonstrating senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivision projects
  • Relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
