Civil Design Position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision developments within Perth and surrounds.

This role is suitable for a skilled Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for local authorities and private sector clients.

  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)

  • Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients

  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping

  • Interact with clients regarding project needs

About You

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions

  • Relevant qualifications, including Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software

  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements

  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality designs for urban, land and subdivision projects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met

Communication and Client Interaction:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil design and development

  • Proficiency in 12D software
