**Civil Design Opportunity**

Our company is seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our Community Development team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions, with relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience using 12D software. You will also have familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interfacing with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs
