Customer Support Specialist: Driving Exceptional Customer Experience

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to assist our customers through their journey, providing support and solutions to drive both customer satisfaction and loyalty in a positive direction. As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for:
- Sharing expertise to provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels, including phone, email, web, and live chat.
- Collaborating in a fast-paced environment to answer inbound customer service queries (voice and digital).
- Developing and supporting solutions with the day-to-day operations within the tyres business, including product support, suppliers, logistics providers, and administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours, such as being curious, owning your work, and stepping up to challenges. You should also have:
- Demonstrated understanding and expertise to manage enquiries through to resolution, involving liaison with multiple stakeholders internal and external.
- Understanding and sharing expertise on tyreconnect products and services.
- Motivation to grow authentic relationships to retain clients while exceeding KPIs.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 22 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers, two weeks paid secondary caregivers leave, regular Hackathons, training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
