The Customer Service Specialist role is pivotal in supporting our purpose. Based in our Perth branch, you will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.

This sales role is more than just processing transactions and inquiries. You'll challenge yourself every day to generate leads and opportunities, deliver sales and lending results, and help our customers meet their financial goals through our great value savings, insurance, and personal lending products.

To be considered for this permanent full-time sales and lending role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to:

  • Learn new things such as new products, services, and ways of working
  • Challenge yourself to go above and beyond with each customer conversation
  • Meet new people and build connections in your local community
  • Help solve problems for customers by matching products and solutions to their needs
  • Get results that help our customers achieve their financial and lifestyle goals

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
