The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Champion to join our Online department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading teams to deliver accurate orders and providing exceptional customer experiences.



Your Responsibilities:


  • Leading teams across our Online department to deliver accurate orders and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Managing and distributing online orders to our Personal Shopping teams
  • Working collaboratively with our Grocery and Fresh Departments to ensure seamless delivery of online orders
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and implementing changes to drive business growth
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and distribution
  • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to develop their skills and knowledge


About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of leadership and team management.




  • Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and development


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, superannuation, and paid annual leave.



You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive induction program to help you settle into your new role.
