Lead Community Programs Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our community programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective community programs that drive meaningful change.

The role will involve working closely with various teams and stakeholders to shape and evolve our community programs, sourcing opportunities and leading the implementation of initiatives and partnerships that align with our strategic priorities and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing community programs that meet the needs of our customers and communities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community organizations and NGOs
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality programs
  • Measuring and reporting on program performance and impact
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, sustainability, corporate social responsibility)
  • 7+ years of experience in community development or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate programs
  • Strong understanding of social and environmental issues and trends, especially those related to the technology and data centre industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on program performance and using data to drive decision-making
