Lead Community Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our community programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing effective programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • An unencumbered driver's license and the flexibility to travel across regions as required.
  • Strong clinical expertise, underpinned by critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
