We're looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Club Wyndham Port Douglas, located in one of the most beautiful tropical holiday destinations in the world. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets, including recruitment, training, and rostering staff.
  • Lead a team of staff and coordinate breaks to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness throughout the outlets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and functions.
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • An ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
