About the Role

">

The Vacation Experience Ambassador plays a vital role in ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive exceptional service during their stay at our resorts.

This includes completing daily Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance functions with a proactive and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Greet Owners and Guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently while providing excellent customer service.">
  • Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.">
  • Assist with luggage portage, cash handling, and balancing procedures, as well as tour and travel bookings.">
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of administration equipment, including email, word processing, Excel, and credit card settlement machines.">
  • Clean and maintain guest accommodations, common areas, and ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.">
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to quality and safety standards.">
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure guest accommodations and common areas are well-maintained.">
