We're on a mission to put the world on vacation at Travel + Leisure Co., and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Vacation Experience Ambassadors

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and turning vacation inspiration into reality. As a Vacation Experience Ambassador, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Provide expert knowledge on local area attractions, helping guests make the most of their vacation
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Utilize communication equipment, including phones, faxes, and computers, to provide top-notch service
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our resorts and via livestream
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered every time
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a smooth transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, highlighting the value proposition of Wyndham Destinations
  • Meet targets and KPIs set by the business, driving success and growth
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

  • A competitive salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality position
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting the values of our company
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (e.g., Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) an advantage
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, thinking creatively and outside the box
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
