Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for welcoming and registering owners and guests, scheduling sales appointments with our onsite team, and sharing insights about local attractions. Your attention to detail will ensure that all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed. By establishing a genuine connection and understanding with our guests, you will deliver a standout experience that exceeds their expectations.

How You'll Shine

Your role will involve collaborating closely with our resort operations team to ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in process. You will eloquently communicate the perks of traveling with Club Wyndham, achieving set targets and KPIs along the way. With the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required, you will be part of a dynamic team that is always looking ahead to what's next.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Genuine in your passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent in your communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive in your approach
  • Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable
  • Immaculate in your presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High in your computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous
  • Able to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexible in your schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
