Chief Marketing Officer Job Description

The successful candidate will lead our marketing and communications strategy across both New Zealand and Australia, driving digital-first, data-driven marketing excellence to deliver direct online sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years senior marketing leadership experience, ideally at CMO or Marketing Director level, with strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and performance optimisation.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead marketing strategy across ~15 brands spanning passenger transport and tourism.
  • Marketing Operations: Drive digital-first, data-driven marketing excellence to deliver direct online sales growth.
  • Brand Management: Elevate brand presence, customer experience, and performance optimisation.
  • Customer Intelligence: Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams across geographies.
  • Digital Marketing: As a member of the ANZ Executive Team, help to shape Entrada's growth and expansion strategy.
