Senior Hotel Commercial Strategist

The Cluster Commercial Director plays a pivotal role in driving commercial strategy and activity for hotels, working collaboratively with various teams to maximize revenue and profits.
- Accountable for driving top-line budget and forecast through commercial strategy execution using available tools and processes.
- Deliver minimum budgeted revenues across all revenue streams while controlling costs and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Work closely with General Managers, Directors of Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure maximum profitability and achievement of targets.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability across all revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce, and Public Relations teams to execute commercial plans and activities.
- Support on-property teams, Regional Commercial Directors, and Area Marketing teams in coordinating marketing, sales, and public relations activities.
- Present commercial strategies to regional teams, owners, and key stakeholders ensuring alignment with brand standards and corporate identity.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality/travel industry in senior revenue-generating or commercial services role.
- Proven track record of presenting sales plans, presentations, etc. to senior-level executives and constituent groups.
- Experience working in collaborative/matrixed environment managing sales or commercial team.
- Strong analytical skills ability to evaluate and identify business opportunities for growth.
