About the Role
">As a Customer Success Manager, you will utilize your excellent customer service skills to deliver against key responsibilities:
">- ">
- Manage customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives.">
- Contribute to implementing segment and portfolio strategy, including outbound campaigns, to retain and grow customer portfolios.">
- Take ownership of managing inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries, and escalating complaints as required.">
- Collaborate with peers, team members, and stakeholders to identify and qualify leads.">
- Participate in customer initiatives, developing and maintaining account and portfolio plans to support relationship development and achieve financial targets.">
- Meet individual and team sales and performance KPIs.">
- Upskill and develop capability and knowledge across our portfolio of products and business solutions.">
