The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible insurance professional to join our Surety practice at Aon. As a Surety Application Manager, you will work and learn from an experienced group of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices in Sydney or Melbourne. You will be responsible for supporting the Client Manager with bond applications, providing high-level client service, and communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

You will participate in surety pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports. Additionally, you will prepare, lodge, and invoice policies in an accurate and timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience within the insurance industry (preferably with surety/bond application experience)
  • Sound business acumen and exceptional client relationship management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Comfort working in a high-pressure professional environment
  • Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic
  • A collaborative attitude with a team-focused approach
