Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed user stories to support successful project delivery
  • Document current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing recommendations to meet business needs
  • Work collaboratively with delivery teams and stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements, developing solutions that meet customer needs
  • Raise, and support mitigation and resolution of, risks and issues using established tools and frameworks
  • Work closely with squad/project members to identify, capture, plan and deliver project scope

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' business analysis experience from a large organisation, working on significant transformation programs
  • A background in the insurance industry is highly desirable
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Agile, Lean and waterfall methodologies, including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops and ceremonies facilitation
  • Ability to translate and understand business and technical requirements, providing alternative solutions to meet those requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills, with experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to make a difference
