Job Description
  • Support the Client Manager with bond applications to deliver effective client relationship management
  • Provide high-level administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to meet their insurance requirements
  • Participate in surety pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Develop solutions resulting in improved client outcomes and retention

Requirements
  • Experience within the insurance industry, preferably with surety/bond application expertise
  • Sound business acumen and exceptional client relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure professional environment
  • Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic
  • A collaborative attitude with a team-focused approach
