Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven sales professional to spearhead our international sales efforts. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth in Chinese-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, optimize channel structures, and explore opportunities to establish new channels in assigned regions.
  • Manage direct sales to key accounts, focusing on building long-term customer loyalty and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through various sales channels, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Analyze and report on relevant market information, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with excellent communication skills and international client management experience.
  • Strong passion for overseas sales, with excellent execution skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of international trade processes.
  • Familiarity with documentation, policies, regulations, and industry conventions in international trade.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in international markets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to foster teamwork and cooperation across international teams.
  • Able to quickly address challenges and implement solutions in fast-paced environments, ensuring seamless delivery of results.
Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $80,000 per year, spread across 15 months, along with performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to sales targets. For expatriate roles, additional allowances for housing and travel ensure a comprehensive compensation package.

We also provide comprehensive social security coverage, including minimum five insurances and one fund, in line with regulatory requirements. Social security contributions are based on 60% of the average wage, with a fixed provident fund contribution of ¥1,500 per month.
