Support Worker Roles Available

We are seeking support workers to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes and communities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Your responsibilities will include providing transportation, shopping assistance, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and social and community access to our clients.

Requirements
  • A passion for delivering excellent care to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Disability
  • A current driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • A Provide First Aid and CPR certificate
  • An Australian Federal Police Check
  • A NSW Working with Children's Check

You will be required to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and supervision from our dedicated Care Coordination Team, consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses. In addition, they will be eligible to participate in our Rewards Program, which offers exclusive discounts on various services.
