Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping, personal care, and respite care to clients in their own homes.

You will work directly with clients, building strong relationships and providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. As a Home Support Worker, you will be part of a positive and passionate workplace dedicated to delivering high-quality services that improve the lives of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a Certificate 3 in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with current First Aid and CPR certificates.

In addition to your qualifications and skills, you will need to have a valid Working with Children Check, good physical fitness, and a reliable vehicle with insurance. A smartphone for work communication and the ability to access and check emails are also essential.
