In-Home Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to elderly and disabled individuals in their own homes.

As a casual in-home care worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as offering companionship and social interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with household tasks, like cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Offering companionship and social interaction, including accompanying clients on outings
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social events

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
  • Current Driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Australian Federal Police Check
  • NSW Working with Children's Check

Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
