Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate support worker to assist our clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and emotional support. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent - or completion of the first year of a Bachelor of Nursing
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
