Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking empathetic and compassionate support workers to assist individuals in reaching their full potential.

About the Role
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Active sleep over: Overnight support where the worker is required to be awake and available to provide support to the participant for more than two hours during the overnight period.
  • Manual handling: Aid clients with mobility challenges through proper manual handling techniques and assisting with exercises.
  • Community Engagement: Support clients in participating in social, recreational, and community activities.
  • Domestic Duties: Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean-living environment.
  • Behavioural Management: Handle clients with high behaviours, employing appropriate strategies to ensure their safety and well-being, including the use of restrictive practices.

This role requires you to have excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
