About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at SA Water. As a key member of our Customer Care Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be proficient in multitasking, prioritizing issues, and remaining organized while displaying a willingness to work independently and within your team.
In this role, you will be providing high-quality support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, and webchat. You will also be required to meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while responding positively to all customer service inquiries.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong focus on customer service, supported by effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in team dynamics, contributing positively to team cohesion
- Ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment, coupled with precise data entry skills
