As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through self-prospecting and existing leads provided by the business. You will also nurture new customers to generate portfolio growth and ensure effective usage of Salesforce to track and report pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through self-prospecting and existing leads
  • Nurture new customers to generate portfolio growth
  • Ensure effective usage of Salesforce to track and report pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions
  • Act as the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues
  • Attend relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows, and networking opportunities

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Adaptability to working in a regulated industry, with a focus on compliant selling practices
  • Previous experience in consultative B2B Sales and account management (desirable)
  • A previous track-record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment (desirable)
  • Experience in partner engagement, and developing and implementing sales strategies (desirable)
  • Strong digital literacy skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
