Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant sales leadership experience and the ability to work effectively with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Direct the activities of the sales team to ensure all members are motivated to attain sales targets, including prospect calling, retention calling, external activations, and following up referrals and leads.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a seamless sign-up process for new members and ensure they have a thorough set-up to minimize bumps in their first attendance.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with the Club Manager to negotiate major deals within guidelines, maintaining contact with key corporates and identifying opportunities for further growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Report actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections.
  • Sales Team Development: Motivate and develop the sales team to achieve agreed sales and saves targets.
  • Leaving Experience: Ensure every member has an exceptional leaving experience focused on providing relevant solutions and recommendations to increase save volumes.
  • Sales Administration: Oversee seamless administrative processes.
