Strategic Talent Manager

The Strategic Talent Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of forward-thinking people strategies and initiatives that drive Line of Business performance and organisational success.
- This includes shaping the future of the business by building talent pipelines, developing capability, and fostering the right behaviours and structures to meet tomorrow's needs.
- The role will oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including performance and remuneration reviews, recruitment, and ongoing development—ensuring our people are supported, empowered, and rewarded.
- A proven track record in senior HR leadership roles within complex organisations is essential. This includes professional services, global partnership, or corporate environments.
- You will have a proven ability to develop and deliver people strategies that align with business goals and mitigate organisational risk.
- An exceptional leader with strong commercial acumen and understanding of professional services firms and financial drivers.
- You must possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
