We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in NDIS, healthcare, or community services to drive our growth and establish our presence across NSW. Working closely with the CEO, you will be the face of our organisation, building networks, partnerships, and opportunities that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across NDIS referrals, support coordination networks, allied health, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong local networks with referral partners, industry stakeholders, and community groups
  • Represent Standout Care at sector events, forums, and meetings to increase brand visibility
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow reputation and market presence
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and care
  • Provide local market insights to support business planning

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or referral-based roles within health, aged care, disability, or community services
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and the needs of participants, support coordinators, and sector stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and results-oriented with a values-driven approach
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as required
