
Regional Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our operations across multiple regions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including labour management, productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety. They will represent the company in regulatory matters and drive operational procedures and systems improvements.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach who can bridge workforce planning and service delivery despite conflicting priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and budget management skills, as well as the ability to develop and deliver operational delivery and margin improvement strategies.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is forward thinking, professional and has the ability to lead and drive success within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Optimise labour and resources to meet operational demands effectively.
- Address escalated complaints and quality issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Take ownership of revenue, gross margin, overheads, and base profit budgets.
- Implement strategic financial management practices to enhance profitability and productivity.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient budget management.
- Drive the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by cultivating strong client relationships.
- Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure 100% compliance with preventative maintenance obligations and relevant legislation.
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork to enhance productivity and morale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth strategies and expansion opportunities.
- Develop effective reporting strategies for monitoring operational performance.
- Formulate comprehensive budgetary plans and ensure accurate and timely budget management.
- Implement workforce planning principles to optimise field performance and resource utilisation.
