Lead Regional Growth

Our organization is seeking a skilled and ambitious leader to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and mentor emerging leaders in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, align, and execute a Go-To-Market strategy in the APAC region to meet or exceed key financial and operating metrics.
  • Develop processes for continual advancement in converting, retaining, and growing customers.
  • Assess product and customer journey to identify solutions to complex business problems and recommend advancements in product and services to meet customer needs.
  • Partner with functional leadership across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Sales to align teams and resources to priorities.
  • Sponsor the development of partnerships to drive customer growth, awareness, and ecosystem development.
  • Provide thought leadership around workforce management and evangelize to stakeholders.
