Leadership Role

Join our leadership team as a Regional Manager, overseeing the North Sydney/Mid Coast region on a 12 month parental cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive store and team performance to the next level.

As a successful Area Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will have exceptional leadership skills in coaching, mentoring and guidance. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Team Members, and managing budgets and reporting.

You will be an inspiring leader with strong commercial focus, able to translate expectations to results and lead best practice in customer service and processes. You will also be passionate about developing your leadership skills through 1:1 training and building strong relationships across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Team Members
  • Manage budgets and reporting
  • Develop leadership skills through 1:1 training
  • Build strong relationships across the wider business
Requirements:
  • Previous area management experience of 5 or more stores
  • Proven track record of development within apparel retail
  • Ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
