Job Summary

As a Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across your region. You will inspire leadership, conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers and store teams.

  • Inspiring Leadership: Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers and store teams.
  • Clear Communication: Keep the team aligned with daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Loss Prevention: Lead security excellence by implementing best practices for shrinkage reduction.
  • Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan.
  • State Oversight: Manage all stores within your region, ensuring they meet high standards and achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Regional Managers and store teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and provide feedback to Regional Managers and store teams.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales and customer service.
  • Identify and address any loss prevention issues and implement solutions to reduce shrinkage.
  • Manage store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least five+ years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries.
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to continual improvement.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel as required.
Skills
  • Multi-site management experience within fashion retail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong people management and performance development skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving results.
