Job Opportunity:
As a seasoned senior leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and drive strategies in order to grow our business.
- Develop a positive and high-performing working environment focusing strongly on workplace health and safety, strategic plan updates, and the implementation of key operational business activities
- Grow the business by developing and driving strategies in stock/production management, visual merchandising, customer experience, the circular economy, and waste management
- Implementation of the national retail strategy, as well as scope for development and roll out of specific initiatives at regional level
- Management and monitoring of wages and expenditure budgets to ensure ongoing growth and maximum surplus return
- Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with colleagues across networks to achieve best outcomes for customers and workforce
About You:
Seasoned senior leader with a background in retail or similar fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in delivering positive results ideally in a not-for-profit organisation
Multi-site experience is essential including management of diverse teams
Achievement of sales results and cost management KPIs is essential
Demonstrated ability to continuously improve culture and lead change
