**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in biodiversity impact assessment, environmental offsets, and mine rehabilitation
  • Leadership experience (established or emerging) with strong communication skills, collaborative mindset and positive approach to team engagement
  • Strong understanding of people and team dynamics with track record of building high-performing teams
  • Significant field experience in rehabilitation monitoring, protected plants and marine plant surveys, threatened ecological community verification, ecological data collection and analysis, managing field teams, etc.
  • Experience in developing re-vegetation and vegetation management plans, field verification and GIS mapping of vegetation communities/regional ecosystems and managing spatial datasets
  • Knowledge of Queensland regional ecosystem framework and Commonwealth environmental offset policies and associated guidelines
  • Demonstrated technical writing and ability to interpret legislation and policy
