Account Executive Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and customer acquisition for our organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a strategic plan for expanding our presence in the Australian Enterprise Segment.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Regional Growth & Customer Acquisition – Develop and execute a regional strategy for expanding our presence in the Australian Enterprise Segment.
  • Strategic Account Management – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprises, ISVs, Salesforce teams, and implementation partners.
  • Business Development & Outbound Prospecting – Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, while maintaining a strong pipeline of high-value accounts.
  • Sales Execution & Performance – Achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
  • Customer Success & Retention – Work closely with customers post-deal to ensure smooth adoption, engagement, and long-term success.
  • Regional Collaboration – Partner with local Salesforce teams, system integrators, and consulting firms to strengthen our market positioning.
  • Market Insights & Strategy – Track, analyze, and report key market trends and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ongoing Learning & Development – Complete all product, sales, and process training certifications to develop expertise in our DevOps and testing solutions.


Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in selling technology, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in a sales capacity.
  • Strong new business hunter mindset – ability to build and grow your own pipeline with a proactive approach.
  • Experience selling in Australia, with a deep understanding of local enterprise sales cycles and buying behaviour.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles – reaching both technical and economic buyers early in the process.
  • Collaborative team player – thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator – ability to listen, understand, and articulate customer challenges.
  • Experience managing CRM (Salesforce preferred), forecasting, and reporting.
