Regional Sales Growth Manager - South Australia

Our organization is seeking an experienced and proactive sales professional to drive growth in the broad acre regions of South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business growth targets.
  2. Provide expert support to growers, dealer partners, and internal teams.
  3. Build strong customer relationships through relationship-building activities, training, and technical expertise.
  4. Lead and develop a regional sales team to ensure a customer-centric environment.
  5. Support sales activities such as field days, workshops, and customer events.
  6. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
About You
  • At least three years of experience in agricultural sales or a related field, preferably in broad acre cropping.
  • Experience in logistics and stock management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong self-motivation and autonomy with a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of farming practices, equipment, and technologies is advantageous.

This role offers flexible working arrangements across the South Australian broad acre region. The successful candidate must be comfortable working from home, on the road, and leading the team, with regular travel required.
