Regional Growth Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Growth Leader to drive strategic development across the Australian market. To achieve this goal, you will oversee full operations of the local subsidiary and report directly to the international group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial growth, manage local teams, ensure operational efficiency, and align with global standards.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate teams; establish a high-performance corporate culture.
  • Ensure HR management aligns with the Group's practices while respecting local practices.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders; represent the company to local partners.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior leadership or general management roles.
  • Strong track record in business development and financial management.
  • Experience in leisure, construction, infrastructure, or related industries is valued.
