
Regional Business Growth Manager

The position of Regional Business Growth Manager will lead efforts to expand the company's portfolio across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. This role will conceive and execute regional business growth and engagement strategies, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive business growth across the Asia-Pacific region by supporting and managing the bid process from inception to submission.
- Lead and support business development throughout Asia-Pacific, with a particular focus on DFAT, FCDO, EU, Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), and other major donors operating in the region.
- Lead and nurture relationships with clients across the region through regular engagement to understand needs, foster trust, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
- Identify and track emerging opportunities, monitor the pipelines of key donors, and support the strategic assessment of competitiveness and winnability of pursuits.
- Lead and support the identification and recruitment of consultants and technical advisers to resource program teams.
- Nurture new and existing strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations to form new and innovative consortium arrangements that offer donors the best blend of complementary and mutually reinforcing experience and expertise.
- Demonstrated experience writing bids for DFAT.
- Bid management experience and a comprehensive appreciation of DFAT and other key donor procurement cycles.
- A nuanced understanding of the Aid Programs and international development strategies of DFAT and one or more of the organization's core Asia-Pacific clients.
- SIGNIFICANT international development experience, preferably in Asia-Pacific, and the exigent development challenges facing Asia-Pacific.
- Consulting experience within the international development, governmental, and multilateral sectors.
