**Job Title:** People Advisor


Job Description:

This is a challenging role where you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional, consistent employee experience across the entire lifecycle. As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the ANZ People team with core HR processes and systems that enable business and people success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on People topics, including policies, leave, remuneration, benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Act as a local expert for Workday, Betterworks, and 360 Learning, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle activities.
  • Review and maintain People policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with global standards.
  • Support the delivery of learning and development programs and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage visa and sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Maintain relationships with external providers such as benefit vendors.
  • Contribute to People projects through reporting, insights, and project ownership.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve People processes.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a HR/People role supporting operational activities and projects.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
