Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic employee relations initiatives to drive compliance, resilience and people-focused culture across national operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise bargaining and union engagement activities to ensure effective collaboration and collective agreement outcomes.
  • Provide expert industrial relations advice to various stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver tailored in-house training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Lead and manage workplace investigations with confidence, ensuring thoroughness and fairness.
  • Contribute to group-wide employee relations strategies and compliance initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Advise the business on matters within Australian employment jurisdictions, providing practical guidance and support.

You are a solutions-driven professional with a strong track record in IR/ER. You thrive in high-pressure environments and balance compliance with compassion, making you an excellent fit for this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need a law degree and experience in leading enterprise bargaining negotiations, developing bargaining strategies, and engaging stakeholders.
