This is a development-focused role designed to build your impact across internal communications, AI integration, and digital engagement. You'll lead initiatives that elevate the employee experience, working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Design and deliver internal communications that inspire and inform.
- Lead change initiatives that support culture, engagement, and performance.
- Collaborate on AI-driven solutions that enhance onboarding, feedback, and learning.
- Optimise SharePoint and Teams for collaboration and employee resources.
- Build capability across the business to use digital tools effectively.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 4+ years' experience in employee experience, internal communications, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with AI tools and digital enablement.
