You will provide expert guidance and advice to employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting for core HR processes, systems, and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to employees and managers on people topics, including policies, leave, remuneration, benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Act as a local systems expert for Workday, Betterworks, and 360 Learning, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle activities.
  • Review and maintain people policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with global standards.
  • Support the delivery of learning and development programs and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a HR/People role supporting operational activities and projects.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
