About the Role

Are you a skilled digital marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition for Shell Energy's Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external agency partners to deliver high-quality creative assets and campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying knowledge to optimize our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, and social media publishing tools, like Sprinklr.
