About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Strategist to partner with our store leaders and retail teams in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to observe, monitor, and coach teams to ensure sales and service standards are consistently high and brand behaviors are demonstrated across the market. This includes developing the leadership team's skill set to lead and develop their retail teams confidently & skillfully. The goal is to create Tiffany Brand Ambassadors that are knowledgeable about the brand, products and have a strategic approach to selling and client development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Floor Support: Supporting leadership teams by monitoring and observing client interactions on the sales floor and sharing strengths and areas of improvement with the retail sales teams.
  • Coaching for Performance: Partnering with store leaders to identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards and NPS scores.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Reviewing sales and KPI performance of the store and Client Advisors.
  • Training Preparation and Delivery: Preparing and delivering client service, sales and product training programs including new starter onboarding.
  • Impact Review: Assessing the impact of training on Client Advisor and overall store performance and offering coaching to leaders and Client Advisors to further embed concepts learnt at formal training.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Facilitation Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Empowerment and Accountability: Empowering team members while holding self and others accountable, instilling confidence and capacity to succeed.
  • Fostering a Learning Environment: Fostering a learning environment and mindset, embracing challenges and encouraging others to do so.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Jewelry Industry Experience: A strong background in jewelry industry sales or training and development experience would be beneficial.
  • Graduate Gemologist Degree: A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) or GIA coursework is preferred.
