Ampersand International, a highly regarded boutique funds management business, is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Strategist to join their collaborative team.

Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, this critical role will work closely with the investment and finance teams to ensure all shareholder engagement, communications, marketing, and brand initiatives are strategically aligned and constantly improved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute innovative customer retention and acquisition strategies, ensuring consistency of brand across all communications.
  • Capital Raising: Plan and manage capital raising programs, including initial public offerings and share purchase plans, and prepare high-quality ASX announcements.
  • Shareholder Engagement: Ensure shareholder needs and expectations are understood through inbound calls and emails, surveys, presentation feedback, etc., and assist in providing the best shareholder experience in the market.

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, or Business (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in communications and marketing
  • Proven investment communications experience
  • Exposure working for an ASX-listed investment business
  • Keen interest in funds management, investment management, and financial services
  • Collaborative and consultative approach to work
